凿岩机钻头破岩机理分析及岩体可掘性预测Analysis of rock breaking mechanism of rock drill bit and prediction of rock drillability

摘要(Abstract):
为分析凿岩机钻头的破岩机理,提高破岩效率,预测掘进岩体的等级,运用离散元方法对凿岩机钻头的破岩过程进行分析。模拟了不同级别围岩、不同地应力条件下的破岩过程,得到了不同类型围岩下的钻进破岩力及其破岩比功。对影响岩体等级的岩体主要参数进行敏感性分析,得到了峰值破岩力和均值破岩比功与岩体单轴抗压强度的关系、岩体单轴抗压强度与场切深指数(field penetration index, FPI)的关系。通过FPI值的范围对岩体进行可掘性预测和围岩质量分级。研究成果可为实际工程使用凿岩机开挖过程中的岩体可掘性评价及围岩动态分级提供一定参考。
