不均匀光照下车牌图像二值化研究Study on license plate binarization method under nonuniform illumination

摘要(Abstract)：
不均匀光照下的图像二值化是数字图像处理中的一个难题,汽车牌照自动识别系统工作在复杂的光照环境下,经常会出现车牌光照不均的现象,给图像二值化带来困难.为此,提出一种解决办法,首先使用同态滤波去掉车牌图像的不均匀光照的影响,然后使用改进的Bernsen算法对车牌图像进行二值化.实验表明,使用该算法能有效地克服不均匀光照的影响,二值化效果良好,车牌识别率得到显著的提高.
