基于有限元模拟的越障导线飞车安全性分析Safety analysis of obstacle-crossing conductor speed car based on finite element simulation

摘要(Abstract):
越障导线飞车的安全性体现在结构强度与带电作业人员体表场强防护两方面。运用有限元分析方法,选取越障导线飞车作为研究对象,考虑其在承载最大载荷的作业工况下,利用SolidWorks构建仿真模型,然后采用ANSYS Workbench、COMSOL Multiphysics分别对越障导线飞车架体从应力与带电作业人员体表场强分布进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,所构建的飞车模型在负载最大允许工作载荷(300 kg)时,其应力分布满足载荷要求;同时,在典型带电作业工况下,飞车内作业人员体表场强远低于带电作业规定的防护标准。
